Came here for tires, was forced to come back bc they broke my tpsm. They offered to fix it for free.... which took over 3.5hrs to complete. And even when it was complete, they had not fixed it. Had to come back a third time.

My dad has been going to this Sears Automotive for over 30 years. It has gradually gone downhill. He went there today, June 30th 2017, to simply have his tires rotated & checked & waited 3.5 hrs!! He went Monday as well during regular business hours & the doors were locked. He then went in to the store & asked an employee if they know whats going on & she said she didn't know & said even the manager didn't know. He asked them about that today & the guy simply said "that was just a misunderstanding." Shame on you Sears management! You have lost a loyal customer today. My dad has been a pastor for over 40 years & he won't say anything about this but I sure will as his daughter!

They try and the front guys are nice. The manning is just kind of abysmal - horribly abysmal which is why I think it takes forever to get anything done in a timely manner.

Horrible. Just horrible. I cannot recommend this place to anyone anymore. It used to be the place to go! For some reason they have dropped the ball not once, but twice on my car for the SAME issue. Never again. If they did no star reviews I would give them that. What a shame guys!!

To start off, the vehicle serviced was a company vehicle, (I was not responsible for the cost of service). I took my vehicle in today at approximately 11:30 AM. The service required was oil change, vehicle routine check, new wiper blades and check out a slow leak in a tire. I was met with a very nice customer service agent. I dropped off my keys and required paperwork, as requested, and was told it would be about 2 hours. (This is the typical amount of time for Sears to do routine service). I went across the street for lunch, returned around 12:30 PM. At that time, the customer service agent was just entering my information to get the service ticket started, hmmm. The person apologized for dropping the ball, but would get it in ASAP. Should be done by 2:00 PM. Gave them my phone number and walked the mall. I returned at 2:30 to see if it was completed yet, and my vehicle was still sitting in the same spot I parked it 3 hours ago. Not happy, nor was the customer service agent, hmmm. Was told it was the next one to be serviced. 3:30 and the vehicle was finally in the service bay. 4:45 the vehicle was finally ready. 5 hours for minimal service. The service technicians seemed to have no sense of getting the job done in a timely manner, the customer service agent seemed to be covering for their lackluster work ethic. I don't have many choices as far as who I can take my vehicle to, and have accepted that it will take around 2 hours to get just an oil change here. But 5 hours??? No compensation for the lost work day was or could be given. Not sure if that was part of the driving force for such slow service. If I had a better choice, I certainly will use it from now on.

They have 1 star out of 5, don't go here and let these horrible old places go out of business.

They didn't have a single car on the rack, they said they weren't busy should take an hour for oil change, I come back in two hours and they haven't even started. They put a paper floor mat cover and it was dirty in so obviously they drove my car up then drove it back without doing anything and gave someone else my spot . How are they still in business? They were gonna charge more than other places too.
