Had a groupon to get a remote starter installed. Guys were very helpful and knowledgeable.
I needed an AUX port installed in my car. Pete, the gentleman at the desk was very professional and directed me to Bill, who was hanging out before his shift officially started. Bill helped me decide what my options were and I ended up deciding to get a new radio installed. It cost me 75 dollars less than Best Buy and Sound Source quoted me (and they were just going to give me an AUX port for $300. With Audio Zoo I got a whole radio for way cheaper.) It took the Drew, the mechanic in the back, about 40 minutes to get everything set up while I watched a movie in the waiting room. Everyone there was extremely nice and it felt like I wasn't getting taken advantage of. After the install, Drew came out to the car with me to show me how everything worked. All in all, very good people and a great experience. I will go back for some more business if I need anything.
Alex is probably one of the sharpest audio video guys I have met.
Great work Audio Zoo! I had a stereo, 4 speakers, and siriusxm installed. It wasn't just a run of the mill installation either. My Jeep Grand Cherokee came with a "premium sound system", so the amp in the back had to be bypassed, which involves a lot of work. Audio Zoo did a wonderful job. Highly recommended!
