My two sons and I visited the store on 6/23/17, the employees were socializing amongst themselves, never acknowledging our presence in the store nor offering to be of any service. Which is really quite sad, both of my sons found shoes they wanted to purchase. On our way out of the store, one of the female employees did stop her conversation to tell us bye very curtly. I will definitely NEVER return to this store! The employees are rude and more concerned and content with themselves than servicing customers.
My husband, daughter and I just visited this store earlier today, and there were only two employees "working". One employee was behind the counter socializing while the other employee practically hid to avoid speaking to us. We browsed for about 10 minutes, and we were still not acknowledged! I guess that would explain why there were no customers even though the mall was quite busy.
Nice clean store. If the employees would speak to the customers it would be great!
