Had to wait in line wayyyyyyy too long, because the power was flickering on and off; there wasn't even any inclimate weather at the time.The air conditioning was out of service "Again" according to the cashier. I was sweating bullets. Don't know what the problem was, but I do know it was a herrendous visit to JCPenney!!! Sad but True!
