Horrible!!! Customer Service is a joke.They no showed for two appointments in the span of two weeks. My appliance has been broken for three weeks going on four. I will never do business with Sears again. I would give them a negative star if possible.
They've changed out the staff - and whoever is recruiting and doing QA - please step it up.

Worst customer service in warner robins bar none.Service manager was late opening shop, no communication with customers. Easy to see why Sears is going of out business.
In tool-tractor department today (Sat 29 Jul pm) - customer service was NOT up to previous high standards (last 3 years) - dont know who the assistant was - and taking her lead example - I couldn't care less who she is!
